What's the difference between your point-to-point rides and hourly rides?
A point-to-point ride includes picking you and your bike up at one location and dropping you and your bike off at another location.  This would be perfect for starting at a trailhead where you are parked, riding to a pick-up point, and being shuttled back to the trailhead to your car.  If you live near a trail you could also ride from your house to a pick-up point and then be taken home.

Our hourly shuttle rides means you are hiring us for a specific amount of time and you can be taken to multiple trails, or you can session a single trail multiple times.  Want to ride down that awesome downhill but don’t want to climb back up to ride it again?  With our hourly plan you can just ride the downhill and be taken back to the top again and again.  You are our sole customer the entire time that you hire us.

What payment methods to you accept?
We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.  Payment is due at the time of your ride.
Are you a guide service and will you be riding the trail with me?
We are not a guide service – we don’t ride with you and show you around the trails (the only exception is our full-day guided downhill tour).  We are strictly a shuttle service, dropping you off and picking you up where you want.  While we are familiar with the Bentonville area trails (we also ride), we don’t typically make specific recommendations about what trails you should ride primarily for liability reasons.  We can tell you what trails are available at the Green (beginner-friendly), Blue (Intermediate skill), and Black (Expert skill level) and you can make the choice as to what trails you feel fit your skill level.

Mountain biking is an inherently dangerous sport – ride at your own risk.  Only you know your skill level and ability.  Before you ride you will need to sign our liability waiver releasing us from responsibility for any injury incurred while you ride the trails.
